Dear Amazing Clients,

It’s hard to believe that Sarah Mohr, Personal Concierge is about to start it’s 6th year of business this August! I’m so incredibly grateful for your business, support, and referrals over the last 5 years. My goal has always been to help people live easier and more joyful lives, and I am getting to do that on an increasingly larger scale thanks to the support and loyalty of each of you. I am honored that you put your trust in me (and our growing team) to get your to-do lists done! 

As the business continues to grow, I am constantly learning and working to make sure our service to you is always the best it can be! I have been working to grow an amazing team, put reliable systems in place, and above all, make sure we are always making all of your lives easier and more joyful! I am so thankful that so many of you have been very flexible and understanding during this period of growth! 

Please read on for some updates/changes that are coming in the near future for Sarah Mohr, Personal Concierge! 


1. Our name is changing! (Gasp!)
The new name of the business is… (Drum roll, please!)................Mohr Time!! 

We think everyone could use a little “Mohr Time” in their lives! ;-D

2.  We are working on starting to expand to Bloomington-Normal!

We are ecstatic to be able to help even more people in another community! If you have any friends or family in Bloomington-Normal that could use “Mohr Time” in their lives too, please tell them about us! 

3. We would like to know more information about you and your family so that we can properly appreciate your business and referrals (info like your favorite coffee shop, what you like to do for fun, etc). Please fill out the quick survey at the link below to help us appreciate you!

4. Upcoming changes to pricing and billing:


As many of you know, I have been working to start building a team of amazing helpers that can get your tasks and chores done in a timely, efficient manner. I want to make sure I am finding, valuing, and keeping amazing help on my team to serve you all. In order to do this, prices are changing to meet the costs of paying helpers at a competitive rate that values their amazing efforts. It will also help with the added costs of improved insurance to properly cover them in your home. It has always been important to us to help as many people as we can, and we hope you can view this new price structure as a win-win-win (for clients-business-helpers)!

Prices Effective 9/2/2019

Pay As You Go 1-4 hours of service in a month = $35 per hour

Pay As You Go 5-8 hours of service in a month = $34 per hour

Pay As You Go 9+ hours of service in a month = $33 per hour

4 hour Monthly Package = $128 ($32 per hour)

8 hour Monthly Package = $248 ($31 per hour)

12 hour Monthly Package = $360 ($30 per hour)

Senior Rate (60 years and over) = $25 per hour (billed as Monthly Package or Pay as You Go)


I have noticed lately that many clients are saving card info on file with our invoicing system, and have even been asking about automatic billing recently. I thought about this and realized DUH! This business is all about creating time for people and we can do that through automatically running cards for clients at the start of the month so you don’t have to worry about getting it done! Cross that off the to-do list!

Going forward, you will receive an invoice through email on the 25th of each month so that you can review your package or pay as you go option, and view a note about your hour usage for that month. You will have until the 28th of the month to ask any questions or make any changes to your pay as you go/package selection. Then, if you’ve agreed to it, we will just automatically run your card saved on file on the 1st. 

If you’d like to opt in to automatic billing, please click the link below and fill out the form. Then make sure when you pay your next invoice, that you save your credit card info on file!

If you do not want to opt into automatic billing, you don’t need to do anything at this time. You will continue to receive your emailed invoice as you always have and then can pay with a check or a credit/debit card by the due date on your invoice.
