Thanks to having the privilege of knowing and working with many Keller Williams agents (Thank you, Manda!), I learned how to use a 4-1-1 to manage all the tasks that I get to do in order to move forward on my bigger goals for the month and the year. I sit down every Monday morning and fill out my 4-1-1 for the week, and since starting that about 6 months ago, combined with having an accountability partner to check it every week (Thanks, Susan!), I’ve been able to accomplish a lot more in a smaller amount of time. By using the 4-1-1, I cut down on a lot of the “Gee I have so much to do, where should I start…” time. I put 5-10 things per week on my 4-1-1 to get done, depending on how much open work time I have that week, and then make sure that Susan is there to check me on it at the end of the week.
